  • Communication between telefund coordinator (Jordan) and managers

  • Retention rate

  • Training process

  • Giving back rate (8% of alumni give back)

 

OPPORTUNITIES

  • To increase amount of funding for James Madison University

  • To be promoted from caller to manager

  • The younger alumni, current students and future dukes have more knowledge about needs of donations to keep school running

  • JMU is becoming a more nationally known university

 

THREATS

  • Economic instability

  • Calling parents of students who already pay substantial tuition

  • Calling young alumni or recent grads who have substantial student loans

  • Phone calls are “screened more”, lack of answering
